Social Commentary in Fallout Shelter?

"You always make me smile", he said with a frown on his face.

Maybe this reflects how we are often pressured by society to lie about how we feel and hide our true thoughts at times. After all, my concerns are not that of someone else.

Maybe this shows how in a conversation with two people, both could be unhappy and yet both feel they cannot share that. They remain saddened, weighed down, even though they might have a deep desire to talk to each other about their problems. Both need help, but both are 'too polite' to 'burden others' with their issues.

Maybe this is the result of depleting resources in my vault and just a funny coincidence that happened in a video game.

Maybe it's not and someone at Bethesda is trying to saying something about the world we live in.

Maybe I read into this image way too much.

Maybe.
